Nutritional Benefits of Grass Fed Beef

Less total fat and more heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids mean that pasture-raised beef is healthier for you in general. Plus, beef raised on pasture produces more conjugated linoleic acid, a type of fat that’s thought to reduce heart disease and cancer risks, and more antioxidant vitamins, such as vitamin E.

  • Pasture raised on our family meat farm in North Carolina
  • Grass fed from pasture with organic feed when necessary
  • Processed at a USDA inspected small niche processor
  • Frozen fresh directly after butchering
