Welcome to CATHIS Farm. By accessing our website, placing an order, subscribing to a recurring program, or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change?

Sunday Pickup Orders: Modifications or cancellations must be completed by Thursday at 12:00 PM (Noon) EST.

Monday Shipping Orders: Modifications or cancellations must be completed by Saturday at 12:00 PM (Noon) EST.

Subscription Cancellations: For subscribers who cancel after only one order, we reserve the right to decline future subscription enrollments.

2. Payment

Payment information must be provided at the time of purchase. Your card information is securely held and will be officially charged once your order is packed and finalized by CATHIS Farm, prior to shipment or pickup. This final charge will reflect the actual weight of any variable-weight products.

3. Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for collecting pickup orders during their selected pickup window. All products are held frozen to preserve quality and food safety. Orders not picked up within 15 days of the scheduled pickup date will be deemed abandoned; the products will be forfeited without a refund, and a $10 restocking fee may be charged to the customer’s card.

4. Delivery & UPS Shipping

All delivery orders are shipped frozen via UPS in insulated boxes with specialized cold packs designed to maintain safe temperatures during transit.

No Cooler Required: Because our packaging is fully insulated, you do not need to leave a cooler out.

Unattended Delivery: UPS does not require a signature for delivery. Ownership and responsibility for the products transfer to the customer immediately upon carrier drop-off at the shipping address provided at checkout. CATHIS Farm is not liable for theft, pest damage, or spoilage resulting from packages left unattended after delivery.

Carrier Delays & Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. CATHIS Farm is not responsible for transit delays, handling issues, or delivery failures caused by UPS or incorrect customer routing information.

5. Subscription Programs

Customers enrolled in recurring subscription programs may manage or cancel their subscriptions through their customer account. To avoid being charged for an upcoming cycle, modifications or cancellations must be made prior to the established order deadlines (Thursday at Noon EST for Sunday pickups; Saturday at Noon EST for Monday shipments). We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or decline future participation in subscription programs for abuse, repeated cancellations immediately after a single fulfillment, or misuse of promotional offers.

6. Pre-Orders and Deposits

From time to time, CATHIS Farm may accept deposits for pre-orders, including but not limited to bulk beef, bulk pork, holiday turkeys, and other items reserved in advance.

Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits reserve specific inventory and livestock for the customer and are strictly non-refundable. If a customer cancels a pre-order, the deposit is forfeited.

Final Balance & Forfeiture: The remaining balance for a pre-order must be paid upon receiving the final weight-based invoice. If the final balance is not paid within 7 days of invoicing, the customer forfeits their deposit, the order will be canceled, and the product will be returned to inventory.

Farm Non-Fulfillment: If CATHIS Farm is unable to fulfill a pre-order due to circumstances within our control, the customer's deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a future purchase at the customer's choice.

7. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in any manner that may damage, disable, or interfere with the operation of the website.

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, remains the property of CATHIS Farm unless otherwise noted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CATHIS Farm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the products involved in the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
