Welcome to CATHIS Farm. By accessing our website, placing an order, subscribing to a recurring program, or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by CATHIS Farm. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, cancel orders, or discontinue products at our discretion.

2. Pricing and Variable Weight Products

Many of our products are sold by weight. Prices displayed on the website are estimates based on the expected weight of the product.

The final charge for variable-weight items may differ from the estimated total and will be based on the actual packed weight of the product. Customers will receive their final order total in their order packed notification.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccurate product information at any time.

3. Payment

Payment information must be provided at the time of purchase. Charges may be adjusted to reflect the final packed weight of variable-weight products before final processing.

4. Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for collecting pickup orders during their selected pickup window.

Orders not picked up within 15 days of the scheduled pickup date may be subject to a $10 restocking fee. Perishable products that cannot be safely resold may be discarded without refund.

5. Delivery Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, lack of access, or customer unavailability, CATHIS Farm may charge additional delivery fees.

Ownership and responsibility for products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout or upon pickup.

6. Product Handling and Food Safety

Our products are perishable food items and should be promptly refrigerated or frozen after delivery or pickup.

CATHIS Farm is not responsible for product quality, spoilage, or food safety issues resulting from improper storage, handling, preparation, or delays after successful delivery or pickup.

Customers are responsible for following all safe food handling and cooking practices.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of food products.

If you experience an issue with product quality or your order, please contact us at info@cathisfarm.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

8. Subscription Programs

Customers enrolled in recurring subscription programs may manage or cancel their subscriptions through their customer account, subject to applicable program deadlines.

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or decline future participation in subscription programs for abuse, repeated cancellations after fulfillment, payment issues, or misuse of promotional offers.

9. Pre-Orders and Deposits

From time to time, CATHIS Farm may accept deposits for pre-orders, including but not limited to bulk beef, bulk pork, holiday turkeys, seasonal products, and other items reserved in advance.

Deposits reserve inventory specifically for the customer and are therefore non-refundable. If a customer cancels a pre-order, any deposit paid will be forfeited.

If CATHIS Farm is unable to fulfill a pre-order due to circumstances within our control, the customer's deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a future purchase at the customer's choice.

Any remaining balance for a pre-order must be paid according to the terms communicated at the time of purchase.

10. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in any manner that may damage, disable, or interfere with the operation of the website.

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, remains the property of CATHIS Farm unless otherwise noted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CATHIS Farm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the products involved in the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting.

13. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
