Our forest-raised Boneless Pork Chops come from our happy pigs raised outdoors in open woods and pasture, fed a local non-GMO diet that makes for richly marbled, flavorful pork. There are so many ways to cook our chops to perfection: skillet, oven-baked, grilled or air fried.
Vacuum sealed & frozen.
Start by seasoning pork chops with salt and letting them rest for 30 minutes, then rub them with a flavorful blend of black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and a touch of all-purpose flour for a beautifully seasoned crust. Sear the chops in a hot skillet until golden brown, then flip, cover, and finish cooking over low heat until tender and juicy at 145°F. While they rest, make a simple pan sauce with chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, honey, and butter to pull up all those savory browned bits and spoon over the top.
