How do I Sign-up for Subscribe and Save?
Sign up on the checkout page by selecting the Subscribe and Save checkbox and then filling out the settings as directed as you finish the checkout process.
What if I need to skip or cancel?
You are in complete control of your repeating order. You can edit items, skip deliveries or cancel at anytime. You have total flexibility and it only takes a minute to skip or cancel.
How long do I have to adjust or change my Subscribe and Save order?
You will receive an email a week before your order is fulfilled with a reminder of the deadline to make adjustments to your order. You’ll have 3 days to add or remove items or skip your order before it is confirmed in our system.
Will I receive a reminder to pick up or receive my order?
Yes, when we pack your order you will receive an email reminder with your pickup or delivery date and time window.
What is the free Farmer’s Choice item?
Your farmers will select a free item for you with each order. It could be ground beef, ground pork, sausage… the possibilities are endless, but the free value will be around $10.
Why are some items not available for Subscribe and Save?
There are some items for which we do not have consistent inventory. We exclude these items from Subscribe and Save with the intention that your order can always be fulfilled completely.
How do I add/remove items from my Subscribe and Save order?
Your current order will be listed in the cart and you can add and remove items at will. Any changes to that cart will apply to the order date listed at the bottom of the open cart. Any changes will automatically update and you will only receive one confirmation email. Any changes made after that confirmation email will be reflected in the final order packed receipt email.
What happens if an item in my subscription order is out of stock?
You will have 3 days to adjust your order to add any additional items that are available in our online store, if you’d like. We do our best to minimize inventory errors for our subscribers!
Can I place a one-time order in between my subscription orders?
Our system won’t currently allow this, but if you Contact Us, we would be happy to enter a one-time order for you manually.
How do I change my order frequency?
Log-in and select Subscribe and Save from the Account menu. From there, you'll be able to update your order frequency. Our options include weekly, every two weeks, and monthly, depending on location.
How do I get a Subscribe and Save order Sooner?
Go to “Account” in the upper right-hand corner of our home page, then choose the dropdown “Subscribe and Save” and hit the Get it Sooner button. Getting it Sooner will process your Subscribe and Save order on the next available date of your choice. Depending on location and timing, there may not always be a date available sooner.
How do I change my delivery date?
Log-in and select Subscribe and Save from the Account menu. From there, you'll be able to select a new date.
How do I skip a Subscribe and Save order?
Go to “Account” in the upper right-hand corner of our home page, then choose the dropdown “Subscribe and Save” and hit the Skip button. Skipping will cancel the current order and jump to the next order date based on your subscription frequency.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to “Account” in the upper right-hand corner of our home page, then choose the dropdown “Subscribe and Save” and scroll down to the bottom of the page to the “Cancel Your Subscription” button.
How do I change my address?

How do I send a gift to someone else under my account?
Contact Us for help and we’d be happy to enter your gift order manually.
