Chicken Leg Quarters

These pasture-raised leg quarters come from birds raised outdoors with fresh air, sunlight, and a non-GMO diet, with no antibiotics or growth hormones. The leg and thigh together make for an especially juicy, flavorful cut that’s great for roasting, grilling, or slow cooking when you want rich, satisfying chicken with very little effort.

Vacuum sealed & frozen.

Rub the leg quarters with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs, then roast at 400°F for about 45–50 minutes until the skin is crisp and the meat pulls easily from the bone. They’re also excellent grilled low and slow, letting the fat render and the edges char just right.
