These pasture-raised wings come from birds raised outdoors with fresh air, sunlight, and a non-GMO diet, with no antibiotics or growth hormones. Wings are the snack-time heroes of the chicken world—perfect for crisping up in the oven or air fryer, tossing on the grill, or slow-roasting until the meat practically falls off the bone.

Vacuum sealed & frozen.

Toss the wings with a little oil, salt, pepper, and whatever seasoning you like, then roast at 425°F for 40–45 minutes (or air fry at 400°F for 18–22 minutes), flipping once, until they’re crispy and golden. Finish by tossing them in your favorite sauce or keep them simple with a squeeze of lemon.
