For a ½ lb Ranch Steak, marinate in olive oil, garlic, and rosemary for at least 30 minutes. Grill or broil for 3–4 minutes per side until medium-rare (about 130–135°F internal temp). Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly across the grain to serve.
