Unlike cured or pre-cooked hams, a fresh ham lets the natural flavor of forest-raised pork really shine. Brined and slow-roasted, they come out unbelievably tender and full of flavor.

Our fresh hams are smaller than the giant ones you see at the store. At about 2.6 lbs each, one feeds a small gathering beautifully. Expecting a crowd? Roast two or three and you’ll still have room for all the sides.
