For a simple, flavorful ham steak, start by marinating it overnight. Mix together ¼ cup honey, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of black pepper. Place the ham steak in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over, and refrigerate overnight. The next day, cook the ham steak in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, brushing with the leftover marinade as it cooks. Serve with roasted potatoes or steamed greens for an easy, satisfying meal.
