This Smoked Kielbasa is one of our family's favorites. The smoking process infuses tons of flavor and cooks the sausage, so all you have to do is warm it (to 145 for those with a meat thermometer) and enjoy! Our Smoked Kielbasa is made with pork from our happy hogs who spend their days rooting around in our pasture and woods. We've included our family recipe below!
Style: sausage links. Vacuum sealed & frozen.
