This is a special cut you won't find at the grocery store, but we worked with our processor to bring it to you. Cut from the Boston butt of our forest-raised pork, shoulder steaks are well-marbled, economical, and genuinely underrated. If you don't need a whole shoulder, these steaks are a great option and they sear up like a ribeye.

Vacuum sealed & frozen.

Throw a shoulder steak over high heat: the marbling bastes the meat from the inside out, giving you a sear and a crust. Braise them, grill them, sear them in a cast iron, or smoke them low and slow.
