The name says it all - this cut is celebrated for it's tenderness. Our Pork Tenderloin from our forest-raised pigs is naturally soft and lean. It's absorbs marinades and spices beautifully, whether you're roasting, grilling, or pan-searing. Its smaller size also makes it a quick-cooking cut, great for weeknight dinners or elegant meals.

Vacuum sealed & frozen.

Preheat your oven to 400°F. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Sear it in a hot skillet until golden on all sides, then transfer to the oven and roast for 12-15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let it rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve with a quick pan sauce made by deglazing the skillet with a splash of white wine, a dollop of Dijon mustard, and a pat of butter.
