A Half Pig is our best value on pork and a smart way to lock in food security for your family. You’ll fill your freezer with forest-raised, non-GMO pork, customized to how you cook and eat, and raised with care the way it should be. 

$200 non-refundable deposit reserves your pig and is applied to the final cost.

A Half Pig is the smartest way to stock your freezer with high-quality pork while taking the guesswork out of future grocery trips. It’s about value and food security, knowing you have great pork on hand and knowing exactly where it came from.

Our pigs are forest-raised, non-GMO, and raised with care, the way they should be. Our pork is USDA inspected and comes frozen and vacuum sealed to ensure quality, freshness, and easy storage.

A $200 non-refundable deposit reserves your Half Pig. Pricing is $8.50 per pound based on hanging weight, plus butcher processing costs. Final cost typically ranges from $870–$1,200, depending on the size of the pig and your value-added processing selections. 

This Half Pig is fully customizable. We’ll be in touch personally to help you tailor the cuts to match the way you cook and eat and answer any questions. A Half Pig includes all your pork favorites—sausage, bacon, pork chops, shoulder roasts, ham, tenderloin, ribs, shanks, and neck bones, along with optional nose-to-tail cuts for those who like to use it all.

You'll take home 60–80 pounds of pork, which fills about 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space. When your pork is ready, we’ll coordinate pickup at our farm
