Great in pasta sauces, lasagna, stuffed peppers, meatballs, or browned and stirred into scrambled eggs or soups.

Brown 1 lb of our bulk Sweet Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Once browned, add 1 minced garlic clove and cook for another minute. Toss in 6 cups of chopped kale or spinach, a pinch of salt, and cook until wilted—about 3–4 minutes. Finish with a splash of balsamic vinegar or a squeeze of lemon.

Serve it over grits, polenta, or buttered noodles for a quick, hearty meal that’s full of flavor.
