Our turkeys enjoy their days foraging in our pasture in fresh air and sunlight and receive a supplemental high-quality local, non-GMO feed.
Vacuum sealed & frozen.
Rub turkey drumsticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs or spices, like rosemary and paprika. Roast them at 375°F for about 90 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is golden and the meat reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Serve with roasted veggies or shred the tender meat for soups, tacos, or hearty salads!
