Do you offer home delivery or shipping?
Yes! We deliver across the Eastern United States with home delivery via shipping carriers. Your meat is carefully packed and frozen to ensure freshness and you will receive tracking updates for your order.
Do you ship grassfed beef?
Yes, we ship our 100% grassfed beef throughout our delivery region using insulated packaging designed to keep products frozen during transit.
Do you ship pork?
Yes. We offer forest-raised pork delivered throughout our service area.
Do you ship pasture-raised chicken?
Yes. We partner with a trusted local North Carolina farm to offer pasture-raised chicken and duck. Pastured poultry can be ordered online and is currently available for home delivery exclusively in North Carolina.
Where is your pasture-raised meat raised?
All of our meats are raised on our family farm in Lillington, North Carolina using regenerative farming practices and high animal welfare standards.
Is there a Home Delivery order minimum?
Yes, there is a minimum order of $100 for home delivery.
When will my order be delivered?
Order by Saturday at Noonâyour order will ship on Monday and is expected to arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday. You will receive an estimated delivery date when you order, as well as shipping notifications.
How will my shipping order be packaged and what do I do when it arrives?
Your order will be shipped in a corrugated box(es) with styrofoam and ice packs. When your order arrives, unpack it as soon as possible into your fridge or freezer.
What if I'm not home for my delivery?
No problem. Just unpack your order into your fridge or freezer as soon as possible on the day it arrives.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Subscribe to your order for 5% off, plus a free Farmer's Choice item with every order. Our subscriptions are 100% customizable with no fees or commitments. Learn more about Subscribe & Save.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time that we pack your order for delivery. You may notice a slightly lower or higher final total as some items are charged by the pound.
Can I recycle the packaging?
The cardboard can be recycled. The ice packs in your order can be reused. If they dry out, they can be rehydrated in water for 10 minutes and re-frozen.
If you live within driving distance of our farm in Lillington, North Carolina, you may collect the packing supplies and return them to CATHIS Farm for reuse in person on Sundays between 1â3pm (Directions).
Additionally, you may return packing supplies for reuse using media mail: USPS can return boxes via âmedia mailâ for $4-8 with a used book in the box for our local Little Free Library. Tape the box closed and itâs ready to return! MAIL to: 544 Falcon Rd, Lillington, NC 27546. Add the appropriate postage at the post office.
