Our T-Bone Steak gives you the best of both worlds in one cut—a flavorful strip steak on one side of the bone and a tender filet on the other, all from our 100% grassfed, grass-finished beef. Compared to a Porterhouse, the filet portion is a bit smaller, making the strip steak the star while still giving you that classic combination. Cook it hot on the grill or in a cast-iron skillet.

Priced by the pound, our 100% grassfed, pasture-raised beef steaks may be smaller, but they pack excellent flavor and nutrition!
