A $200 non-refundable deposit reserves your CATHIS Farm Half Pig Bundle, an estimated 91 pounds of pork, for pickup or delivery in May 2025. The final cost of a Half Pig Bundle will be $985. Your deposit will be applied to this final cost.

What is included in a Half Pig Bundle?
A Half Pig Bundle includes an estimated 91 pounds of all of your pork favorites: sausage, bacon, pork chops, shoulder roasts, ribs, and neck bones. The weights provided are estimates, as there is some variation with every pig.

- 6 lbs Ground Pork
- 27 lbs Sausage: Mild, Bratwurst and Chorizo
- 10 lbs Shoulder Boston Butt
- 13 lbs Loin: Boneless, Chops and Ribs
- 1 lb Tenderloin
- 5 lbs Fresh Ham Steak
- 10 lbs Bones (nutritious bone broth, stews, ramen)
- 10 lbs Fatback and Leaf Fat (lard, cracklings, sauteing)
- 2.25 lbs Organs: Liver, Heart, Kidney and Tongue (super nutritious for humans & pets)
How does a Half Pig Bundle work?
We will pick up your meat from the processor and schedule a convenient time for home delivery or pick up from our farm. Your meat will come vacuum sealed and frozen.
Are deposits refundable?
As we are reserving a Half Pig for you, deposits are NOT refundable.
What if I prefer to customize my cuts?
If you prefer to customize your half pig and make choices using a Cut Sheet from our processor, please contact David at cathisfarm@gmail.com to arrange.
How are your pigs raised?
Our forest-raised pigs are nurtured with care and raised in the woods using regenerative agriculture practices. Our pigs are free to roam, forage, nap in the shade of the pines, and relax in the cool mud. Their diet is supplemented with local, non-GMO feed.
